      Pros

      - The job itself is easy enough to understand, follow & adjust as a seasonal worker. - discounts on chocolates

      Cons

      HR sucks, they always refer you back to management when it comes to fixing timesheets or upcoming absents. They’re only good if you let them know about same day absences. But are quick to write you up for being late. - some of the managerial staff are extremely rude to others. They’ll talk to employees as if they’re beneath them or no comprehensive understanding. Their delivery tone can be micro aggressive. - There’s this foreman whose emotion shifts so much that he throw his aggression onto people he has conflict with. He has never apologized for his actions instead uses his title to show dominance. - They care more about seniority than the quality of work - it’s based on sales volume so scheduling fluctuates - scheduling, hours, lunch & etc are told vaguely. You’ll find out when you find out.

      This was the best part time job I ever had! Everyone was super nice, the hours were great and it was nice chatting with the customers.

      The team at store level is great to work with.

      Cons

      If you have family, you have absolutely no holiday time to enjoy to be with them if you work at store level. Corporate gets to be with their families but yet they expect you to stop living your life just for them. You are not allowed to take any vacation time during holiday season only during summer. But then when summer comes, they expect you to still be there because they have you doing 1000 inventories 1000 unnecessary conference calls and many unnecessary projects. Corporate does not take any accountability when something goes wrong. They constantly blame store level to fix their problems. Communication is horrible and organization is horrible. If you like, giving up your life and living for Sees Candies this job might be for you.
