A pay check(I would add free candy, but upper management told us we couldn't eat the samples anymore)
Cons
Extremely toxic upper management. You'll be micromanaged, lied to, and put in danger(they let aomeone start working before they cleared their background check, turns out they lied about something and was told to leave the store, this person also had sketchy behavior that made people uncomfortable). Upper management does not give managers the opportunity to lead and develop staff. ALL hiring, firing, and promotions are done by them, which often is mishandled and causes horrible employees to cause chaos and get away with it. Company cares only about its product and not about employees. I would NEVER apply here again!
