Pros

Employee store and great discounts, but long lines in the employee purchase store during Nov and Dec. Great team of seasonal employees.

Cons

Everything else. Systems are 20 years old, they pretend to want to upgrade, but they don't. Allows IT to make business decisions rather than having them support the business and find a way to make things work. The management staff is about one upping each other rather than working together towards a common goal. Taking responsibility is none existent, it is all about placing blame on others while avoiding making improvements. You must fall in line and except the shortcomings if you want to get along. See's could be a great place to work, and perhaps with management improvement it will be..

This was the best part time job I ever had! Everyone was super nice, the hours were great and it was nice chatting with the customers.

The team at store level is great to work with.

Cons

If you have family, you have absolutely no holiday time to enjoy to be with them if you work at store level. Corporate gets to be with their families but yet they expect you to stop living your life just for them. You are not allowed to take any vacation time during holiday season only during summer. But then when summer comes, they expect you to still be there because they have you doing 1000 inventories 1000 unnecessary conference calls and many unnecessary projects. Corporate does not take any accountability when something goes wrong. They constantly blame store level to fix their problems. Communication is horrible and organization is horrible. If you like, giving up your life and living for Sees Candies this job might be for you.
