- Very old / vintage building structure (not like SF downtown office buildings) - No appreciation, No Respect for your efforts - They don't care what's the realistic time for projects, no one can say "no" or "need more time" -- Manager would make you read the job description to blame on you for not able to handle multiple projects -- she would say everything is easy, she's helping you grow -- but you never see her doing anything and she keeps making mistakes at Photoshop - Very vintage creative style - No realistic training - the manager only gave intro but doesn't tell you difference of the various brands, she expects people to go figure out and likes to say "you put the project in risk" when you've tried hard enough without training - Got super slow digital management tool, always had to download huge files - Terrible Management -- created terrible ticket system, worse than working at factories - Process the manager set for doing projects and reviews' not efficient - Daily morning meetings were wasting time - Don't tell realistic job duties until your first day (such as go to stores to work on valentine's day, christmas, special event for Buffett, don't tell you that you have to set 30-min. interviews with many people in many departments while giving you a lot of tight deadlines in the beginning... keep you unaware of many things, too much sudden things that were not mention in job description nor interviews.) - You have to work outside the room that your boss and other manager's gossiping about you, you have to listen while trying to focus on tight-deadline projects - Don't care about employee's work-life balance - Don't care about employee's health
