Pros
Lots of loyal customers, fun stories, a lot of training and responsibility. It's a great first job and you really learn how to be a hard worker. I mean the pay is great, the uniforms have a purpose, and free chocolate. I happen to have the best manager and love knowing the area stores and their employees.
Cons
The management system sucks. Corporate has little to nothing to do with the stores. UNLESS, it is to put unnecessary pressure to be perfect to a tee. If you're unlucky to be stuck with a bad manager, you're better off somewhere else. Multiple coworkers have been screwed with on salary and internal management in the stores has very little accountability. Also, back off on the uniform look. I can't even wear red nail polish.
