Pros

I’m currently at Seek Thermal in a technical position, and I’m sure I am biased when I say that I think we have a good thing going. I enjoy coming to work every day and I know others on the team feel similarly. The technical work is fast paced and stimulating, with lots of opportunity to learn and grow. The founder of the company remains technical and still works within the group like an equal (as much as this is possible). One thing I really like about Seek Thermal is that we are all pulling in the same direction, which I find refreshing.

Cons

As with any growing company, we have too much to do and the office work space is becoming too cramped. More room to think would be an improvement, especially so for the technical staff.

Emotionally unstable ownership - verbally and physically Lack of espirt de corp. Very individualistic. Silo environment. Primary emphasis on software engineering. No one else counts
