Seek Thermal is a tough but fair company to work for. They have great benefits, a nice location in Santa Barbara and all the people are super helpful and knowledgeable. And the thermal camera technology is first-rate. I dropped the ball and that is why I no longer work there

Emotionally unstable ownership - verbally and physically Lack of espirt de corp. Very individualistic. Silo environment. Primary emphasis on software engineering. No one else counts
