Great company. Very personable. Small but mighty. One of the best paying companies in the industry. Easy to manage the teams at SLC . They take care of the little guys. So the little guys don't mind doing the bull work. Good work life, home life balance!

Cons

Sometimes, bad managers stay longer than they should.

i am sure there's something

recently started at senior living communities and i would not recommend for anyone with a family that carries the benefits i have never felt less appreciated by a company that claims to care about employee wellness but prefers to spend millions on elaborate balls and conferences instead of employee health insurance. i have one child and a wife and the only plan offered is over 50 % of my salary and covers the mandatory minimum. to hear they care about our health and see the what they pay towards insurance vs what i pay is insulting and infuriating
