Recognition of personal strengths for placement of positions, Great "first job" and educational opportunities for new employees, Supports balance of home / work life and sensitive to personal needs, Many, many charitable opportunities available for employees to participate in

Pros

The PTO option is nice if only it accrued faster as a full time employee.

Cons

Team work is NON-EXISTENT. There is no resources. When you need help, no one is to be found or they refuse to help. The communication between employees and management is poor. I was promised so much during orientation but all of it was a way to get people in. I hate coming to work because I know I will leave unhappy.

None for how the company is run but the residents and co-workers made it tolerable for a while.

Cons

Clique/Nepotism, CEO pretends to care about people but really only cares about himself.
