Pros

-Smart peers (working level) -Flexible schedules (work from home as needed)

Cons

-Shareholders are the number one focus. Employees and Customers are a very distant second and third (probably a tie) -Flex schedule, global operations, and global customers means that all hours of the day are in play -Very little new innovation. Mature product. Most business is derivative of existing products. -High employee turnover. High stress. Employees are generally overloaded.

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
