Steer Clear - Anonymous employee Sensata Technologies Employee Review

"Leadership" - There is none and what is there is lost and confused. The "leaders" do not lead by example. They are of the philosophy, "do as I say, not as I do". The IT department is the worst I've ever seen. Turn over is high and employee satisfaction is low. It's a very depressing environment. I truly feel bad for the employees that are still there. Sensata doesn't care about or take care of it's employees. There is no concern for work\life balance. If you are a potential candidate for an IT position, my recommendation would be to withdraw your submission.
