Pros
Endless amount of work, expected you to work 24/7 or more if you can. Basically, like a robot.
Cons
1) Their idea of finding good people is to over hire by 50% and let go of the one so call below 50%. Even if everyone on the team is sharp and bright, they still have to let go some people at the end of each month. This is sad, because they wasted a lot of time and $ to train new people. It is also sad to see someone you work with leaves the company in short time. Every day, you get the worry on who is going. 2) Managers will always put some kind of negative feedback on you even if you did an exceptional job at something. For example, they will give you a nice bonus and tell you what a poor job you did. This way, the can reserve the right to kick you out so you can't sue. 3) This created a toxic environment for teamwork. People worry so much about their job stability, they will stab anyone behind their back to get ahead. Yet, senior management telling everyone they would promote teamwork. 4) Executive staffs do not appreciate the hard working employee who truly does a good job. 5) If you give them 120%, executive staff will want to see 150%. They actually don't care if you go home or need family time. If you can give them 24/7, that would be ideal, otherwise, they will tell you they pay you too much! If you are looking for a nice, happy working environment, Sensata is not one of them.
