Pros

This job use to be very interesting, chalenging and perssonally affordable. it makes me be happy, specially as I comply any project or simple tasks and those are recogniced by the Leadership team.

Cons

Lately, the company have been adressed mainly on give financial results, no matter of the people progress or dissatifaction. "if it is cheap and fast, do it, no matter what" is seems to be the current slogan.

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
