Flexible hours (9-11am & 1-3pm), structured career ladder with obtainable steps, good health benefits, Modern building, Modern equipment, Cafe', Organized and regular management meetings

Cons

Lack of power with all the responsibility, disconnect between make sites and business center, owned by investment company, young and inexperienced engineers

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
