They have donuts on Fridays, and pizza parties to try and make up for the crap work environment

Cons

There is not much room for growth unless you are part of the inside clique of engineers. The problems they work on aren't all that difficult, and the engineers act like they are way cooler than they really are. If you have any problems better keep your mouth shut or HR will get rid of you. They never seem to build their products right and send all manufacturing to mexico or china so there are always problems and not enough resources to fix them..

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
