We value each of our employees, present and former, for the work they contribute to Sensata, as we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. We have experienced a higher management turnover rate this year but we are continuing to work toward reducing that change.

Pros

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
