Pros

I'm in design engineering role. The projects I work on are interesting and for the most part people are really friendly and helpful. There are nice lab spaces, with aging but a wide array of equipment. Work life balance is also decent, even though it is often busy (see con)

Cons

At least 3-4 voluntary separation packages in the last 3-4 years, in addition to involuntary reductions. Very clear that leadership highly prioritizes the stock value at the cost of their workers. Having such high turnover, especially for more experienced people, means too much work and not enough knowledge. Things can be quite hectic because resources are so thin, and it doesn't seem efficient or good for the business.

Pros

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
