They want blood from a stone. They are the most arrogant company I’ve ever worked for. They are not customer focused, regardless of what they say. They run so lean with a lot of poor processes, that employees must work so much harder than would otherwise be needed. They say they value employee feedback, but you are punished if you highlight opportunities for improvement. They promote DEI, but think it’s the number of women they hire. They used to be a company that celebrated diversity of thought and culture. That is not what they practice. I used to love working here. It has changed so much, and not for the better.
