      Pros

      When this was Texas Instruments it was an incredible place to work, I loved going to work every day. Then it became Sensata and all went to crap. That is about as pro I can be, I worked there for 26 years.

      Cons

      The review process was just plain stupid. After running a re-calibration because calibrating low-pressure sensors in the mountains of Mexico for 12 -14 hours I got an awards Plack and a sizable bonus for doing what needed to be done. Then my new temp. supervisor tells me "I can't rate you any lower or I would" because she decider I was running hidden manufacturing

      - good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

      Cons

      - some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good

      Great work life balance but it depends on the team you’re in. The people are fantastic who work here.

      Raise and bonus structures don’t feel competitive with the market.
