Flexibility of working hours Work from home options

Cons

Too much driven by US leaders who are not open to suggestions. Certain groups have lobby of people from certain organization and try to add more from their group. Average compensation. Always flat hikes given. All focus in on Cost only. Nothing on new technology. Buy and sell approach.

- good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

Cons

- some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
