Sensient Natural Ingredients, a Division of Sensient Technologies, is a very fast-paced work environment, requiring that one be prepared to work hard, learn fast, and be self-motivated. To me, this is the type of working environment I look for as it provides the responsibilities and freedom to make decisions at various levels of the business. I enjoy the daily engineering and production challenges. And what is fun, is that each day you are faced with a different one. This is the reason why I decided to return to Sensient after 3 years of being absent. Another positive point that is important to me is the fact that the company provides the support and opportunity to grow, my goals always supported. The exposure to deal with issues at every level also gave me the opportunity to gain knowledge of the business and overall skills that prepared me to adapt to almost any work environment in the food and manufacturing industry. I look forward to the next level in my career as a professional engineer at Sensient Natural Ingredients. Overall, I grew and continue to grow with Sensient Natural Ingredients. I am grateful for all the lessons and experience that I gained over the past 19 years and look forward to the new challenges.
