2yThanks for your candid and descriptive feedback. While we don’t always hit the mark perfectly, we recognize that several of the challenges cited needed to be addressed and changes/improvements were already in process. Some comments seemed conflicted such as how our management leadership team could be both “disengaged” and “too hands-on all the time”. Logically we could understand it if was one or the other, but not both.
We intend for Sentinel to be a hands on company and we pride ourselves on having an open-door policy which was available to you to help create change. With so many ideas for improvement, we hope you shared those specifics with your manager while you were a team member here.
While we strive to create an inclusive environment for everyone, we recognize that our culture may not be a fit for everyone. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
