It used to be a pretty good place to work but not anymore. The last few years I spent there the place had gone down hill bad. Office politics and favoritism started running the show and everything good just flew out the window or was taken away. Promotions were hard to come by, And turned into a weird who knows who game instead of a reward for working hard. How close you were with the certain people suddenly became more important than hard work. So if the boss didn't like you things didn't go well for you. Not to mention gender bias was still very much a thing. A bunch of women myself included got the short end of the stick in this weird promotions game. Just because we were women. Not beating around the bush we were straight up told that we did not get the promotion because we were women.
