Pros

- Without question working as an SDR is not for the faint of heart. The job requires grit, hard work, and overcoming the emotional barriers that come with cold calling. However, if you're interested in a position, company, and culture that is genuinely interested in your development both personally and professionally this is the place to go. You will not find a leaders more invested in cultivating a healthy culture anywhere else. - This is a company with a bright future. Currently around 350,000,000 ARR with dreams of hitting a billion. It's not a pipe dream. It's a real possibility, even probability. - Can honestly say this is both the hardest job I've worked, and also the job that has caused the most personal growth. What's more, a lot of the growth has come in collaboration with great leaders. - Besides leadership, Service Express hires high character, high quality, high performing employees. The type of people you want to hang out with outside of work and you'll be friends with for the rest of your life. - If you want upward mobility and are willing to work for it then it will be rewarded. Be excellent and opportunity will come knocking. I've seen it too many times.

Cons

- Cold calling is tough - The company was recently purchased by Warburg Pincus and there has been a lot of turnover as a result -

Pros

Some really good people who were considered friends. Had a great culture and a very organic growth mindset. Now being Park Place, they will have a very strong hold on the third party market which should increase margins for sellers. The support offerings have grown too which will allow for increased "stickiness" within each customer.

Cons

Certain events transpired that left the company, which was once great, reminiscing about the good ol days. This also may have caused a bit of a clash between the two cultures, and daily expectations, quotas, metrics, etc., merging into one (merely speculation).
