Promise of employee reviews, caring of employee, career advancement

Cons

No employee review ever completed but SM corp website fraudulently lists they have been completed.No pay increase ever given, no training offered, no integrity from Memphis to local Corporate owned franchise. GM and Memphis allow manager to sleep at desk, watch porn, yell at employees, fraudulently misrepresent employees to insurance companies by using prior employees ID, Field managers to not follow guidelines of insurance companies and yell at co-workers, HR encourages unethical behavior over ethical. Manager at office has zero experience in mitigation yet put in charge of Mitigation company. Still owed money but Associate Relations of all 7 companies for SM ignores emails requesting funds. Entire office management unprofessional, intimidating and unethical.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
