Pros

Working on the franchise support side, many opportunities to serve and help franchise owners succeed. Current leadership appears to have a much better handle on company direction than three or four years ago.

Cons

While some areas seem to show upward mobility, others can tend to be stagnant. I do believe, however, that ServiceMaster is working to make movement to other brands and jobs much easier for employees.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
