Pros

Pay is great! They offer a company vehicle!

Cons

Employees are not set up for success due to many factors. The franchisees do not trust the corporation, there is very little training offered for franchisees and employees; because of this there is a high turnover rate and very low employee satisfaction for the employees.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
