Talented people to work with

Cons

Bloated middle management; they are constantly laying people off; just did it again just before Christmas because they can not manage a budget and there is no planning; everything is a reaction. Every planning session has a surprise and the architects do nothing. There are 2 to 3 managers doing the same job.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
