Pros

Great group of dedicated, hard working employees.

Cons

Poor leadership, incredibly low wages, terrible (almost non-existent) benefits and vacation package. No 401k; and limited opportunities for advancement. Expectation of working very long hours in exchange for very little reward. Not a place to build a career; there is a huge disconnect between administrative and field staff.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
