SOME of the people you may end up working with and building a relationship. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating.
Cons
There is no opportunity for growth unless you learn to play the game. No performance evaluations because your manager is too busy trying to move up to be concerned about your performance and growth. They will use you for your knowledge and discard of you like you're Monday's trash pick up. There is no appreciation for hard work. It seems you have to be a little on the dumb side or play dumb to move up in the company or you can always kiss up to get there. If you've been with the company for a long time and you're truly trying to grow and advance, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN unless there is new leadership that's willing to give you a chance. The less knowledge you have, the better off you seem to be.
