Helping others in time of need, travel seeing different cities and counties in Maryland , learning new skills about fire ,mold , flood damage and how's it's good to have insurance for your home.

Cons

Some long days and nights being away from your family for 12 or more days straight ,24 hour emergency service being called out in the middle of the night at times being in a attic in the middle of August..

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
