The culture of the company as a whole values its employees as well as its customers.

Cons

Very fast-paced and must be able to multitask and deal with difficult customers from time to time as they are going through a disaster typically in their home.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
