Pros

I really liked the company, my peers and management. They had solid benefits and gave back to the community. I was able to participate in a Make a Wish gift while I was there and loved that the company supported such efforts.

Cons

I was placed in the wrong department and position. I learned on my first day that I would be sitting in a cubicle rather than an office and after 10 years of having my own office it not a good transition for me.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
