      lots of opportunity. strong values and clear vision; good growth potential with strong cashflows and financial position. industry leader in each of the products offered

      bad benefits. no clear decision makers; business leaders cannot prioritize across initiatives. lots of attrition due to the seasonal ebbs and flows. aging systems and given lack of strong leadership, project execution had been a challenge

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
