Pros

Understanding when it comes to needing time off at a moment's notice; Willing to work with you if you need certain days off by using flex schedules.

Cons

Constant upper management/executive change; I've been here for approx 5 years and there have been 3 different CEOs; Not many chances for advancements; Yearly merit increases are typically not enough to cover the annual insurance increases, so you make less and less each year.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
