Pros

It was a good thing to have done, providing me experience in a unique culture. The pay was not bad.

Cons

I think that ServiceMaster grapples with balancing their culture between strong christian based beliefs and the reality that their business model requires regular layoffs of significant portion of employees. This layoffs are driven by business cycles that are unavoidable in more than one of their portfolio of operating companies.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
