Pros

Positive service oriented company culture, provides employees with ample opportunities to volunteer in the community, well defined guiding principles, employees are encouraged to focus on their strengths

Cons

Emphasis on growth & development but not consistently across all departments, not all employees have equal access to mentors or managers that are as concerned about the employees future with the company as the employee is, some departments have become too dense at the management level and not all supervisors are concerned with providing employees with clear vision of goals or give employees consistent feedback on performance (you may not always know where you stand). It's not always easy to move up, the only promotions you're considered for are for positions that you are "encouraged" to apply.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
