Pros
If you're just getting into the field, ServiceRocket does a great job at preparing you for your career. It's a pretty decent place to work, and most managers do actually care and do a good job depending on who you get. The work is challenging but fun, and the teammates are unmatched in their reliability.
Cons
As a senior consultant, I have found that I could find better organization and pay somewhere else. They lowballed my base salary and tried to make up for it with a large bonus but the bonus is based on company profits and goals that you have to make for yourself. The goals are something that the CEO came up with recently but everyone hates them. You have to waste your time doing them for really no benefit besides ensuring you get your bonus.
