Pros

-The work life balance is great, there is enough room for rest and productive work. -Fully remote setup. (Maybe a con for some) -Tons of benifits, -Time ins are flexible enough and can be personalized to suit client needs. -The people are the best in this company. I doubt you'll get to see a toxic person in ServiceRocket. They are all motivated to help on another and you'll learn a lot from them. -Lots of career opportunities within the company, especially with Atlassian Services. -Company sponsors a lot of paid learning resources for Atlassian, exams, certifications, accreditations they are all carried by ServiceRocket. You'll definitely grow you Atlassian career here. -The CEO is a great leader, He cares about the people and the company. I really admire him for his hard-work and commitment.

Cons

-Full remote setup in the Philippines, The Manila Office is often empty as majority if not all are in full remote setup. (Some may take this as a pro -The salary increase/promotions will greatly depend on the company performance. If your unlucky to experience a long-term battle mode, which is when the company is underperforming, chances are you won't get a raise for those time.

Pros

Employee-friendly company with a growth orientation. Growth of the company, which means accountability. But in a way that focuses on the machine, not the people, by which I mean, when a goal is missed or a problem occurs, the focus is on solving the problem and not on finding blame. The growth orientation also extends to employee growth. It's not always perfect, but the company consistently talks about how people can contribute and do good work and grow their skills and careers along the way.

Cons

As a partner of a publicly-traded software company it is a constant balance of art of science to prioritizing ServiceRocket's priorities and the software company's priorities. There is a little anxiety sometimes deciding when to priorities ServiceRocket's priorities and when to prioritize the partner software company. And how to communicate it.
