Pros
The people are amazing to work with, making the workplace fun and comfortable. There's plenty of support to learn everything you need to know and more. The work-from-home policy provides an excellent work-life balance and work culture that’s hard to beat.
Cons
My position is unique in that I've been moved around a lot. While I've had great managers in the past, recent management has failed to acknowledge the contributions I've made. In my experience, it's not about how much you deliver, how long you stay, or your expertise—management places significant emphasis on how well you network. Despite my dedication and expertise, my direct contributions were not adequately recognized. Success in this environment seems to be more closely tied to involvement in broader activities rather than actual work performance.
