Pros

I’ve been here for more than 3 years, working for clients going from Blockchain to Data Analytics. I loved the variety of fields You don’t have bosses, you have leaders. They always are willing to listen to you and to understand what they can improve Work-life balance is one of the best I ever lived

Cons

Honestly, in these 3 years I don't know what could be bad. I saw that ex-co-workers moved to other companies because they looked for more emotions or they were from the consultant area (which is more demanding and different than my job as a technical support engineer)

Pros

Employee-friendly company with a growth orientation. Growth of the company, which means accountability. But in a way that focuses on the machine, not the people, by which I mean, when a goal is missed or a problem occurs, the focus is on solving the problem and not on finding blame. The growth orientation also extends to employee growth. It's not always perfect, but the company consistently talks about how people can contribute and do good work and grow their skills and careers along the way.

Cons

As a partner of a publicly-traded software company it is a constant balance of art of science to prioritizing ServiceRocket's priorities and the software company's priorities. There is a little anxiety sometimes deciding when to priorities ServiceRocket's priorities and when to prioritize the partner software company. And how to communicate it.

I've been working at SR about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The company culture is incredibly supportive, and my colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

I have no comments about cons, management has been great to me.
