Pros
• People take a lot of pride in their work and want to put in a high-quality product, not just "tick off" a box. • People genuinely enjoy their jobs and come to work with a good attitude. Interactions are always really positive and cheerful and encouraging. • Employees are given the freedom to work at their own pace and schedule. If I have something come up or need a day off, it's not hard to do so. • Big emphasis on work-life balance, more so than anywhere else that I've seen. It's not expected that people are available to respond after hours or during weekends. • Management is very transparent on the direction of the company, and this enforces a culture of open communication.
Cons
• Typical Series A stuff, figuring things out in real-time, and other growing pains.
