Pros
Coworkers. You know that guy in college who would teach him/herself a new technology just for fun or spend a weekend hacking together an app using an obscure programming language? That's everybody here. (Referring to the Newark Delaware site.) There's also a nice sense of community and cooperation in engineering. Great place to learn new technologies and hone your engineering skills, and a welcome alternative to the big corporate cube farms.
Cons
Make sure you get the salary you want going in, because annual pay increases for engineers are minimal. Top-heavy management... see Advice to Management.
