Pros
- Compelling & competitive, leading-edge products - VERY talented team...after 20 years in tech, I'm learning in leaps and bounds every day - Mature and very stable financially, but still has a fast-paced, dynamic start-up culture with tons of individual opportunity - Warm culture, and employees are all treated like adults (plenty of independence, WFH options, etc) - Great locations
Cons
- I have a pretty long commute (although very little traffic, thanks to the location) - Be ready to work hard! - Management team and processes are still evolving, so at times, internal communication isn't ideal...but exec team is clearly working hard to evolve the structure, and the progress is very encouraging - Oil & gas commodity markets are hurting/volatile since mid-2014, so sales will be tougher than the last few years
