Seven Lakes Technologies reviews

CEO and the management have gone nuts. They don't know what a company is, they don't know what employees are. I have heard from many of my ex-colleagues that all the positive reviews on Glassdoor were cooked up because their real picture had started coming out in the public at a time when they were trying to get investors. 70-80% of original, oldest and brightest employees have left or asked to leave.. What do you make of that? They treat employees with a smile on your face but will back stab you and treat you inhumanly. They don't care about you. I totally agree with all the bad reviews that have been written and we need more people to come out to show the world their real colors and most importantly teach them a lesson. This is not the way a company is run. People who gave their sweat and talent to bring the company where it is now are let go off for stupid (many a times personal) reasons, without severance package and respect. So far I had only heard that 'money' no longer keeps you human. Now I have seen myself. This company has lost human values.

Long work hours due to unrealistic deadlines. Scope of work changes with no adjustments in timeline. Too much overheads in coordinating resources and communications. Poor communication from top, leading to chaos. No respect for your efforts and time you put in. Forget about most of weekends.
