They will hire anyone - with or without experiences There are some caring staff who do care for the patients

The organization is not managed ethically or efficiently. Supervisors allow all forms of rule and code breaking as long as the employee is on their "team". These include even such things as driving company vans for personal use, drinking while on the clock, sleeping at work or not coming to work at all. There is a system of managers and supervisors covering for each. The high turnover rate is due to the "fire at will" mentality of the supervisors when they feel they could be exposed in their covering for each other.
