      Pros

      The mentor network provides a great enviroment to work in! All the employees are very easy to get along with! The long days go by fast and the teamwork is awesome! Definately a job i plan on keeping for awhile!!!

      Pros

      For such a large organization, I have seen that the focus consistently stays on quality of care for the individuals we serve and this doesn't get lost in the day-to-day functioning of the company. There are real opportunities to advance and get promoted - the previous CEO started as a DSP/caregiver! The company has been continually making huge efforts in the past couple years to improve the work-life balance for employees and improve the quality of benefits offered. Fun and team-oriented working environment.

      Cons

      I would like to have more options for health benefit plans, but all other benefits are EXCELLENT.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, working with the clients can be rewarding

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, corporate is a joke. People are fired first, questions asked later. The clients are not considered individuals with feelings and special needs, they are simply vehicles for lining pockets. The employees working with these people are undervalued, underpaid, and unappreciated. Decent workers are treated like garbage while the less than stellar ones are promoted.
