Business Outlook
Pros
Pay, relationships with clients and some coworkers, in-home environment. Wearing whatever is comfortable. Learning and working outside of most people's comfort zone.
Cons
Unfair treatment, favoritism, poorly qualified staff (including home managers), high turnover rate, people working there longer than you matter more to them. Even if their work is terrible they won't fire them. People working there 10 years don't have to do any work and boss around newer people. Made to feel like your work isn't important unless boss needs a favor. No pay raises at all. Neglect and abuse has the same discipline as missing an initial on a training paper.
