friendly staff, above minimum wage pay, 60% discount
Cons
after a recent change in company policies, this place has become the worst place I've ever worked in. There are no annual raises, meaning, you DO NOT get a raise for you hard work and longevity at your Shack. I'm currently getting paid the same as someone who has been working there for 2+ years. I work my butt off everyday, am hardly ever late, and i make the same amount of money as someone who always calls out, is frequently late, and is a terrible worker. Their new system of giving out raises is absurd! They now reward people for simply knowing how to make a hamburger instead of rewarding someone for their handwork and dependableness. Also basically every manager is sleeping with each other. But, that is understandable because the people who you work with are basically your only friends as this job requires a lot of your time. There are long hours and if it's busy, don't expect to leave on time because of course we are understaffed.
