We value our informal atmosphere, and are pleased that training programs (such as S&D YOUniversity) are beneficial to you and the rest of the team. We have been updating our cell phones and moving to smart phones as refresh our equipment. And, we do have the recent "BYOD" (Bring Your Own Device) policy that affords our employees the flexibility to use their own devices to access e-mail.
